Agent Forces offers AI character demonstrations, agent workspaces and tools for planning an agent. Available functions, access periods and usage allowances depend on the offer shown in your account. A demonstration is not a purchase, ownership transfer or promise of a live business integration.

Keep your sign-in details secure, provide accurate account information, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account, subject to applicable law.

During the current demo, full purchases are paused. Eligible members may select up to two demo agents; usage limits and remaining allowances appear in the account or agent workspace. Demo access does not create a paid contract or transfer intellectual-property rights.

If paid plans become available, the order-specific price, taxes, billing cycle, minimum term, renewal and cancellation terms must be shown before commitment. A downloadable agreement is a draft, not an executed contract. Payment and signatures require a separate verified process.

Agents can make mistakes or give incomplete or outdated answers. Check important outputs before relying on them. AI answers do not replace a qualified professional's medical, legal, financial or other regulated advice.

An agent must not make consequential decisions or take actions on your behalf without the permissions and human review appropriate to that action. Descriptions of possible integrations or autonomous features do not mean those connections or actions are active.

Provide only information you are authorized to share and that is needed for the requested task. Do not enter identity-document scans, payment-card details, one-time codes, government login credentials, sensitive medical records or another person's private documents into chats, voice sessions or builder fields.

Connecting a personal calendar or mailbox requires your separate authorization. Access is limited to the connected account and the permissions you grant; disconnect the account to stop future reads. AI processing and any processing outside Saudi Arabia require a separate, accurate privacy notice and applicable legal safeguards. These terms alone are not consent to such processing.

Do not use the service to impersonate people or authorities; violate another person's rights; send spam; attempt unauthorized access; bypass limits or security measures; or create unlawful or harmful content. Children’s experiences require adult supervision. Do not submit a child’s personal information without an appropriate lawful basis and guardian authorization where required.

You retain the rights you hold in material you submit and grant only the permissions necessary to operate the service you request. You must have permission to submit third-party material. Agent Forces retains its rights in the platform, original characters and artwork; a demo does not transfer those rights. Any purchased usage or ownership rights must be defined in a separately executed agreement.

AI-generated outputs may not be unique or suitable for exclusive ownership. Review them for accuracy, third-party rights and fitness for your intended use.

Service may be interrupted by maintenance, network problems or third-party services. We may limit or suspend access where reasonably needed for security, misuse or legal reasons, subject to applicable notice and consumer rights. You may stop using a demo at any time; ending demo use does not itself cancel an independently signed paid agreement.

Each party remains responsible for its own unlawful conduct. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that Saudi law does not permit to be excluded. Any final limitation of liability, dispute procedure and governing-language clause require Saudi legal review before paid use; no fixed liability cap or exclusive forum is asserted by this draft.

We will date material changes to these terms and provide any notice or renewed acceptance required by applicable law. The Arabic and English texts are presented together for review; neither is represented as legally approved at this stage.
