Read this before you use an agent

• Never share national ID (Iqama) scans, passports, family cards, bank statements, IBANs, card numbers, OTP codes, or Absher/Nafath credentials inside an agent chat, voice session, or agent builder field.
• Never upload medical records, employment contracts, court documents, or any third party's personal data without that person's explicit written consent.
• Trial and demo sessions run in simulation mode. Anything you type or say may be processed by third-party AI model providers outside the Kingdom for the purpose of generating a response.
• Agents are not a secure document vault. Do not use them for storage, archiving, or transmission of confidential, classified, or commercially sensitive material.
• Voice sessions capture audio in your browser for transcription only. Do not speak sensitive credentials aloud.

• No content that violates Saudi law, public order, Islamic values, or national security, including defamation, extremist material, gambling, or pornography.
• No impersonation of real persons, government entities, brands, or officials, and no deepfake voice or likeness generation of any identifiable individual.
• No use of agents to give binding medical, legal, financial, or Shariah rulings; agent output is informational only.
• No automated scraping, mass unsolicited messaging, spam, or bulk marketing through agent channels.
• No attempt to bypass trial limits, entitlement gates, rate limits, or the platform's security controls.
• No processing of children's data without verified guardian consent. Kids and bedtime experiences are designed for supervised use only.

• AI agents can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated output ('hallucinations'). Every output must be reviewed by a competent human before it is acted on.
• Higher autonomy levels act with less confirmation. You choose the autonomy level and accept the operational consequences of that choice.
• You remain the controller and decision-maker for any action an agent performs on your behalf, including messages sent, quotes requested, bookings, and household or staff instructions.
• Agent personas, voices, and characters are fictional creations of our design lab and do not represent real employees or real persons.

1. 1.The platform and all agents are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, without warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or error-free output.
2. 2.To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Saudi law, the company, its owners, staff, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the platform.
3. 3.The company is not responsible for decisions taken, contracts concluded, funds transferred, purchases made, or instructions issued by a user based on agent output.
4. 4.The company is not responsible for data a user voluntarily submits in breach of the warnings above, nor for any consequence of such disclosure.
5. 5.Where liability cannot be excluded by law, total aggregate liability is limited to the amounts actually paid by the user to the company for the affected service during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
6. 6.The company is not liable for failures caused by force majeure, third-party AI model providers, telecom or internet outages, payment gateways, or regulatory action.
7. 7.The user indemnifies and holds the company harmless against third-party claims arising from the user's unlawful, infringing, or prohibited use of the platform.
8. 8.Nothing in this notice excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• Request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
• Withdraw consent and close your account; trial and usage records are then anonymised.
• Object to automated processing and ask for a human review of any agent-driven outcome.
• Report a character resemblance — we replace or modify the character within 3 business days at our cost.
• Escalate an unresolved complaint to SDAIA or the competent Saudi authority.
